Title: Trout Dissection Lab
Purpose: The purpose of this lab is to see how the body systems of our Brown Trout was effected because of the Chlorine.
Hypothesis: I think that if we look at the liver then we will see that it is totally "shot" because the chlorine attacks the liver.
Variables:
Independent- the Fish
Dependent- amount of Liver Poisoning
Control-The Time frozen, Temperature of the Location where frozen, amount of artificial and natural Light
Constant- none

Best State: The best state would be if we could see the liver in great detail.
Materials: Brown trout, dissection microscope, dissection kit, Trout liver picture/ diagram.

Procedures:
1 Remove the fish from the freezer.
2 Let it thaw for a small period of time.
3 Make an incision below the jaw.
4 Open up the incision and pin it down.
5 Compare it with your diagram.
6 Remove the liver.
7 Disect the liver under a microscope.

8 Compare it to a normal trout liver.

Results: There are currently no tables or graphs because we have not yet started the dissection
Conclusion: There is no conclusion since we have not finished the experiment.
